It was a lovely place for a city break.

The room is newly decorated with a comfy bed and particularly nice views. It was nice to have a storage space, coffee and a kettle in the room. The location is good and lovely, local to the underground. ...  

Everything was fine, such as people and staff. We liked the location, it is 20 minutes walk away from natural history museum. Great to be 400 metres away from Eastern Star, enjoyed our meal there.

The location was marvellous, close to The Mosaic Rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff, with quick access to Earl's Court station just a 5-minute walk away, made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

It is very near metro station. There are a lot of cafes near the hotel.

I do not think that I will stay at this hotel in the next time. Feedbacks are fair. It is too small, sometimes it seemed that we are at a plant since I felt a vibration from the tube line and boiler was very noisy (I lived on the 3rd floor).

Excellent value for money, excellently located to transport, very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid train noise and enjoy a more peaceful night's sleep.

Location is very convenient, just 50m of Earl Court underground stations and along the picadilly line, which connects the city centre with the airport.

Rooms are too small. Esp. If you re tall (>1.85) you ll have trouble fitting in the bed.. Being asked to pay for your stay in advance is rather inconvenient. Although in practical terms it may not really matter, it is a matter of principle and something that makes a bad first impression with the hotel.

Friendly staff and at the time good value for money.

Due to a water leak at this hotel we were relocated to the nearby Best Western accommodation. We were happy with the alternative offered and our comments refer to it. The room was well laid out and pleasant to stay in. Easy...  

We had a lovely stay with a cozy room and easy access to the nearby pool and gym, which really helped us unwind after a day of exploring. The only small downside was the elevator acting up sometimes, but it just added a bit of charm to the place. I'd recommend checking out the cafe around the corner for a great bite! 😊
